All students eligible for special education through the age of 26 are invited to participate in the Exceptional Children's Poster Contest. The participant may submit art, poetry and/or prose. The art entry must be an 8 1/2 x 11 or 8 1/2 x 14 drawing on white paper. The drawing must be of marker, pencil, or crayon. The drawing may incorporate a star, which is the logo of the poster contest. The entry should be the students's interpretation of the Exceptional Children's Poster Contest theme: Celebrate Every Child.
$50 gift card for the winning artist and/or poet. $50 for the sponsor.
Nominations must be postmarked by December 22, 2017 - deadline has expired.
Presentation will be at the 78th Annual MCEC Conference on March 1, 2018 at the Grand Plaza Hotel in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
