All students eligible for special education through the age of 26 are invited to participate in the Exceptional Children's Poster Contest. The participant may submit art, poetry and/or prose. The art entry must be an 8 1/2 x 11 or 8 1/2 x 14 drawing on white paper. The drawing must be of marker, pencil, or crayon. The drawing may incorporate a star, which is the logo of the poster contest. The entry should be the students's interpretation of the Exceptional Children's Poster Contest theme: Celebrate Every Child.
$50 gift card for the winning artist and/or poet. $50 for the sponsor.
Nominations must be postmarked by December 16, 2016.
Presentation will be at the 77th Annual MCEC Conference on March 2, 2017 at the Grand Plaza Hotel in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
