Along with a full day of breakout sessions on Thursday, Teri Chapman, Director of the MDE Office of Special Education, will present her annual State-of-the-State address on Thursday, and on Friday, the keynote speaker will be Dr. Marcia Tate. Breakout sessions begin at 8:15am on Thursday and Friday.
