About the MCEC Conference:

The invitation to exhibit at our 79th Annual Conference will provide you with an excellent opportunity to contact a diverse array of professionals and others who are actively involved in the field of special education and disability services. In recent years our Conference has attracted approximately 1,200 participants. These participants include general and special education teachers, parents, students, administrators, higher education faculty, and others interested in the education of students with exceptionalities. These participants are interested in previewing material and are an excellent source of feedback to your publishers. 

Exhibit Information:

Booth fees for the 2019 conference are: $450 for one booth (8X10ft.), $700 for two and $850 for a three-booth cluster. Non-profit booth cost is $200 for one booth. A hospitality area for exhibitors will again be provided in the exhibit area. Booth space and location will be assigned on a first received, first assigned basis. Advertising in the Conference Program:

In addition to exhibiting at the Conference, you also have the opportunity to advertise in our Conference program. Prices are: $75.00 (quarter page), $150.00 (half page), and $250.00 (full page). Exhibitors have the opportunity to sponsor a specific event during the conference. We have the following sponsorship options:
