Teacher for a Day Raffle: The Teacher for a Day Raffle concluded at the MCEC Annual Conference and the Teacher for a Day raffle winners are... Tom Koepke of Macomb ISD and Jan Slattery of Plymouth-Canton ISD. Congratulations to our WINNERS!

S2P:  Student to Professional Workshop 2012!  On March 23, 2012 the MSCEC sponsored a workshop providing students with the opportunity to engage in mock interviews, networking and receiving feedback on resume's and professional portfolio's. Thanks to ALL of the professionals that gave their time to work with future educator's! 

ATTENTION UNIVERSITY CHAPTER PRESIDENTS

In an effort to build and maintain relationships between chapters and support university chapters, the State CEC Student Board will be hosting President’s meetings during the school year.

At these meetings chapter presidents will be provided with information and helpful resources for your campus work.  We will also provide opportunities for universities to share ideas about activities that have been successful.  We look forward to seeing you there...

Student Board Meeting News

At the Michigan CEC Annual Conference Student Board elections were held and the following Student Board positions were filled for the 2012-2013 year...

President Elect: Madison Prescott, GVSU

Representative to the Assembly: Lea Oom, Eastern

Secretary/Treasurer: Amanda Cook, GVSU
