This application form cannot be partially saved (i.e., must be complete prior to submission). You will get a confirmation email verifying your submission followed by confirmation from the Conference Chairperson after it is received, if you provide your correct email address below. Please print a copy of the emails for your record.
Applications for presentations are accepted from all interested parties. Final selection is made by the conference committee with notice given by December 16, 2009. Presentations are considered contributions to the field of education. As a professional courtesy, reduced registration rates are given to the primary and three additional presenters. Equipment: MCEC will provide a head table, AV stand w/power and screen in every room. All other AV or computer equipment used for the presentation must be provided either by the presenter or through arrangements with the hotel at your expense.
Accessibility Accommodation Needs: All accommodation needs will be honored for those written requests received on this form when submitted by the application deadline. Clearly state specific needs below (interpreter, large print, room accessibility, etc).
Abstract: Describe your presentation in 30 to 50 words (include the title). Be specific enough for reviewers to be able to grasp the nature and scope of the presentation, and concise enough so that conference participants will understand the session if they wish to attend. If accepted, the following will appear in the convention program.
