Cancellations prior to Friday, February 9th are subject to a $50 processing fee. Cancellation fees are charged due to fixed costs per person already encumbered by MCEC for the design and printing of the conference program, name tags, badge holders, database entry and preconference flyers. No refunds for cancellations after February 10th. No phone cancellations. Any refund of $20 or less will not be issued, unless requested.
